Abortion has now become illegal in three other US states, further limiting access to voluntary abortion for millions of women despite some signs of judicial opposition.
Just 8 weeks after the Supreme Court overturned the constitutional right to abortion, close to 21 million women have already lost access to abortion in their home States, according to a Washington Post analysis.
Many Pro Life activists are saying that it means that millions of American babies will be given a chance at life because of the new abortion measures.
Idaho, Tennessee and Texas will be joining 10 other Republican-controlled States to implement near-total abortion bans, that number will rise shortly also.
A dozen other States are expected to follow suit with their own restrictions in the immediate future.
