
Bank of Ireland have issued a statement this morning to say that they have rectified the situation that caused some of its customers not to receive their payments.
In the brief statement, the bank said that all of its customer accounts impacted by the delay have been fully credited. The statement went onto say that Bank Of Ireland would like to apologise to all of those who were inconvenienced by the delay.
The statement comes after some of the bank’s customers experienced delays with payments on Friday morning. Meanwhile bank also confirmed that no fees will be applied to customers who missed direct debit and standing order payments as a result of the delay.
