Thousands of banking customers have been left outraged after they were charged double after using Bank of Ireland ATM machines.
According to The Irish Mirror newspaper, customers who are registered with other banks have seen duplicate withdrawals show up on their bank statements.
However it is believed that the issue has not affected Bank of Ireland customers themselves.
The Irish Mirror say the technical fault is believed to have occurred on Tuesday 26th of February, and Bank of Ireland have been made aware of the issue.
Bank of Ireland say they are working to resolve the issue and have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
