Be careful out there: Met Eireann issue another yellow status warning as high winds, heavy rain and snowfall is expected 




Met Éireann have issued another yellow status warning as high winds, snowfall and heavy rainfall is expected in most places.

The warning which will remain in place until 10am this morning, comes as the national forecaster revealed that gusts between 90 and 110kmph are expected to sweep across the country.

It is expected southern and western regions will experience the brunt of the weather with heavy rain expected in most places in the early hours of this morning. 

Meanwhile further North conditions are expected to be wintery,  with snowfall expected particularly in Ulster and the North West. 
Met Eireann say the heavy rain will move further East during the course of the day with temperatures expected to remain in the single digits
