Belarus dictator Alexander Lukashenko appears to be seriously ill, with rumors flying about that ailing Russian President Vladimir Putin treated him with a nice cup of tea during his last visit to Moscow.
Mr. Lukashenko was last seen in public on May 9 at the Russian capital.
The Russian President may have grown unhappy that his former Belarusian ally has so far refused to actively send troops into Ukraine to help with the disastrous invasion.
