Met Eireann is forecasting a gradual improvement in the weather over the coming days, with temperatures reaching the low 20s by the weekend.
According to the national forecaster, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will see temperatures rising to 18-19C, with Friday and Sunday expected to bring highs of 20-22C.
Sunday is likely to be slightly cooler, but weather conditions will pick up again from Monday.
