Dublin City Council has approved two more concerts in Croke Park for next September, bringing the total to seven by 2022.
The additional dates of September 16 and 17 are presumed to be those scheduled to be Garth Brooks’ fourth and fifth concerts.
The country star originally received approval for three concerts last weekend as part of the stadium building permit for three musical events per year.
Ed Sheeran received an event license for two more concerts in April.
Now, after a planning process with a public hearing, the city council has issued an event license for two more dates, presumably to Garth Brooks.
