Emergency services have confirmed that a body has been found during the search for missing man Michael Hyland.
The 47-year-old man had last been seen on April 6 in Limerick. It is understood that the body found is that of the missing person.
Gardai have not specified the circumstances of the finding, but they have thanked all those who participated in the search operation.
