A Delta Airlines passenger was arrested over the weekend at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport after a fist fight with another passenger on a plane en route to Los Angeles, local police said.
Curtis Maurice Clayton, 30, was arrested on charges of assault and interference with government property, Atlanta police said in a press release.
Police said the fight started when Clayton started arguing with German Montez, the man who was sitting behind him on the plane. Clayton was reportedly upset that Montez had put something in his seat pocket, and an argument turned into a brawl.
Video of the brawl, which is currently under investigation, showed two men fighting in the hallway as some people tried to stop the fight. One of the men appeared to have blood on his face.
