A total of 150 people are now in hospitals across Ireland with covid-19. It’s understood that 15 people have been admitted over the past 24 hours while 23 people are now in ICU with coronavirus.
Meanwhile, the Department for Health has confirmed that no people have died from coronavirus today and 518 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 38,558 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,819 deaths.
