Yet another man has been shot and killed this morning in Dublin’s north inner city.
The shooting happened at 10am on a street in the Avondale House flat complex in North Cumberland Street.
The victim has been taken to the Mater Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
The shooting is believed to be connected to the ongoing gang feuds plaguing the city for months.
The scene has been preserved and gardaí are seeking witnesses.
The victim is believed to be the nephew of Gerry “The Monk” Hutch.
