It’s been widely reported on various well-known social media accounts this evening that sadly one of the protesters who attended the fuel protests in central Dublin last week, has passed away.
It’s understood that the man was from the east of the country with no further details being released at this time due to privacy.
Protesters who knew the man said that he was an absolute gentleman and was well liked by all who came across him last week at the protests.
