The Liberal understands that Dublin’s Connolly Station officials say that although horrendous videos went viral on Saturday evening depicting something that resembled a Hollywood movie scene, they say that contrary to a number of accounts on TikTok in particular, no man was badly beaten in the station.
The Liberal understands that a man with a crutch fell and sadly cut an artery on the platform.
A number of extremely graphic videos have emerged on social media tonight after a man was attacked in Dublin’s Connolly Station.
Videos show the aftermath of what a number of social media accounts claimed was onlookers saying a man with a crutch was attacked by another man as he sat on a seat in the station.
However, The Liberal understands on Sunday that Dublin’s Connolly Station’s staff say this is not the case – but would not go into further detail as to why the scene looked like it did or what precisely happened.
