The most talked about person in the world today, Brenton Tarrant has appeared in court in ChristChurch charged with murder of multiple people.
The suspect hasn’t been officially named by police but local media in New Zealand are saying it’s that of Brenton Tarrant.
New Zealand’s police commissioner, Mike Bush, has said the suspect has appeared in court and that he is charged with murder and that further charges will be brought against him as the days go by.
The suspect is being charged with murdering multiple Muslim people who were shot dead in a mosque this morning as they attended their Friday morning service.
A video of the mass shooting was broadcast live on Facebook and a subsequent 74 page manifesto as to why the suspect carried out the act in the first place.
