The Department of Health have confirmed that a total of 24 people have died and 107 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 23,242 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,488 deaths.
Community transmission stands at around 60%.
