Breaking: Dublin Bus have announced they’re going to strike for 10 days in October

Not yet known whether in a row or scattered, Dublin Bus decided to threaten to hold the capital to ransom next month by announcing 10 full days of striking.

Already implemented today and again tomorrow, the strike is costing €600,000 a day in combined earnings and losses to businesses.

Dublin Bus drivers allegedly were ticked off at seeing what the Luas drivers got earlier this year, they decided they wanted their hands in the pie too and have so far kept the strike up even though some drivers were willing to drive.

It’s not yet known dates for next month’s threat, but rest assured that it’ll be as awkward as possible for the 400,000 affected commuters.
