Two men and two women died in an accident on the Thunder River Rapids ride at Dreamworld, in Queensland, Australia.
A technical malfunction threw two victims from the ride and caught two others against the rails.
The victims were aged early 30s to mid 40s, all were said to be killed instantaneously.
