Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation after shots were fired at a man outside a school in West Dublin this afternoon.
According to RTÉ News a number of shots were fired at Riversdale Community College in Blanchardstown at approximately 4pm.
It is understood that there were no reported injuries following the shots.
However Gardaí are currently at the scene.
It is believed that the gunman fled the scene on foot.
