Gardai have arrested a man, who is said to have been carrying weapon, on a train in Dublin’s Connolly Station.
Armed gardai rushed to the scene during rush hour where The Liberal understands that a man was apprehended on the Sligo to Dublin train.
Initially, it was thought that there was an anti social incident, but it appears to be more severe with gardai releasing no further information at this time.
The station was evacuated for a time but has since reopened.
