Gardaí investigating the disappearance of three-year-old Daniel Aruebose, missing for four years, have found skeletal remains in north Co Dublin during a search of wasteland on Portrane Road, Donabate.
Detectives believe the remains belong to Daniel, who lived at The Gallery apartments in Donabate and would now be seven years old. Gardaí have confirmed Daniel’s death based on inquiries and available information.
House-to-house inquiries continue at The Gallery complex. The site is secured, awaiting a State pathologist and forensic anthropologist. The remains will be exhumed, and the Garda Technical Bureau will forensically examine the area.
