The Liberal has learned that gardai in Dublin are responding to a number of reports of house parties taking place, in particular in north Dublin suburbs.
During the coronavirus outbreak, the lockdown restrictions do not allow any form of gathering either social or formal to take place in an effort to stop the spread of covid-19.
It’s understood that neighbours in a number of separate north Dublin estates called the gardai to inform them that they were hearing very loud music and people shouting and singing.
The Liberal understands that no arrests have been made but that gardai dispersed a number of young people from one particular house in a north Dublin suburb.
