Campaigner Sister Stanislaus Kennedy aka Sr Stan has passed away at the age of 86.
Known around Ireland as Sr Stan, she passed away on Monday morning after at St Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.
In 1985, Sr Stan founded Focus Point, (now Focus Ireland), after all her research into the requirements of women experiencing homelessness in Dublin in the 1980s.
