The Department for Health has confirmed that 5 people have died from coronavirus today and 416 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 61,475 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,907 deaths.
