The International Criminal Court has just issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The ailing President stands accused of involvement in the mass kidnapping and trafficking of Ukrainian children.
According to reports, no fewer than 14,000 children have been abducted and taken to Russia for ‘re-education.’ This makes Mr. Putin the most prolific child trafficker in the history of mankind.
