The Department for Health has confirmed that 68 people have died from coronavirus today and 556 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.`
In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 204,940 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 3,752 deaths.
The number of patients in ICU stands at more than 182.
