Prince Andrew’s representatives have announced that he is “stepping down” from his royal duties immediately.
It’s understood that the decision is indefinite and that Prince Andrew will not be participating in public royal gatherings either.
A number of Universities have also cut their ties to Prince Andrew.
It comes in the wake of his friendship with billionaire Jeffrey Epstein who was found dead in a New York jail in the summer.
