The Late Late Show dedicated the show to Pieta Ireland to raise money for suicide awareness.
The annual Darkness into Light cannot take place due to the coronavirus pandemic and obviously couldn’t raise any funds as a result.
Host Ryan Tubridy interviewed various people about their own Pieta experience and also Hollywood actor Pierce Brosnan who said that people need to have hope and pray through these tough times.
Fundraising throughout the show raised a staggering €1.7 million.
