It’s spreading fast. This day last week we had no cases of coronavirus in the Republic of Ireland, now there’s 21.
The HSE has confirmed that there’s two more cases of coronavirus this evening in the South and East of the country.
One is a woman in the east of the country and the other case is a male in hospital in the south.
It’s understood that both cases are community transmitted cases meaning that they’re not from people who travelled abroad.
The HSE are to give an update in the coming hours
