In what can only be described as truly astonishing news today, Good Friday, it has been announced by boxing promoter Kalle Sauerland said that’s it a “done deal” that Tyson Fury will fight Anthony Joshua in Croke Park in September.
It’s reportedly going to be a joint main event in Croker with Katie Taylor also headlining the show as a farewell fight.
If what Kalle Sauerland says is true, this will be a monumental night in Irish sporting history to house such a show.
Speaking to IFL TV today, Sauerland said that both fights are a done deal for Dublin in September.
