Gardai are appealing for witnesses to come forward following the death of a woman in Dublin this morning.
A woman and her friend were walking in Dalkey, South Dublin when a car mounted the pavement and struck them.
It was being driven at high speed from an armed robbery in the centra shop in Kiliney at 9:20pm last night.
Three raiders exited the crashed vehicle and are on the run.
The women were rushed to St Vincent’s Hospital where sadly one woman died this morning.
