Met Eireann is forecasting a bright and dry start of the week, but colder temperatures are set to return.
The first half of the coming week is expected to remain largely settled, with long periods of sunshine and temperatures reaching 12C.
Things are forecast to take a turn for the worse by Thursday, with the return of cloudier and colder weather.
