Met Eireann is forecasting a wet and windy period for this week, starting Tuesday afternoon.
The national forecaster is warning that there will be heavy showers and very windy conditions extending throughout Wednesday and most of Thursday.
The outlook for Friday’s weather, and into the weekend, is for rather unsettled conditions, with frequent rain showers and strong winds.
