A British Airways flight was evacuated immediately upon landing after thick smoke filled the cabin as it was coming in to land.
The flight flew from London’s Heathrow to Valencia, Spain with passengers taking to social media to post how terrifying the ordeal was for them and crew..
According to RTE, a spokesman for the airline said:
“We can confirm that British Airways flight BA422 from Heathrow to Valencia has been involved in an incident today.
“The aircraft, an A321, has landed and all customers and crew have disembarked.
“British Airways teams are assisting customers who are in the airport terminal.”
