British authorities have confirmed that they have found the body of 6-year-old Lucas Dobson, the boy who fell into a river in Kent while on a fishing trip with family and friends on Saturday.
Lucas fell in while attempting to board a boat, and he was immediately swept away by the fast-flowing waters. Three men, including his father, jumped into the river after him but he was already gone.
It is understood that Lucas’ family have now formally identified the body.
