British PM Boris Johnson under pressure as he claims that ‘he’d rather be dead in a ditch’ than asking for a new Brexit delay

British PM Boris Johnson has been in the job for just a few weeks, but he’s already feeling the heat.

According to Sky News, Mr. Johnson said today that ‘he’d rather be dead in ditch’ than asking the EU for a new extension to the Brexit deadline.

Such glum comments come in the wake of four resounding and consecutive parliamentary defeats for the PM this week.

It’s been a tough few days for the recently elected PM. Not only did he lose the support of a great deal of MPs, but his own brother quit Government due to ‘torn loyalty’ between political and family life.
