The Boss has been confirmed to play in Croke Park in May, but he may also be lured to the west of Ireland, if Galway City Councillors succeed in their bid to bring such a big act to the city.
City representatives have contacted Springsteen’s concerts promoters in an attempt to get The Boss to play at Galway Airport.
It remains to be seen whether Galway will play host to the music megastar, but it would surely be a huge boost for the city’s profile if it came to pass.
