It’s now looking more likely than ever that we’re all collectively facing a no-deal Brexit.
The UK Prime Minister appears to have failed to persuade his EU counterparts of blinking first for a Brexit deal.
There’s literally just days left to break the deadlock but as it stands, it now looks more likely than ever that there’ll be a no deal Brexit, meaning possible tariffs acorss Europe as a result.
Northern Ireland however looks safe for us in relation to no hard border being erected or tariffs on an all-island trading area.
Earlier, Leo Varadkar has said it would be prudent to step up no-deal Brexit preparations but have not elaborated as to what these preparations actually are?!
In case of a no-deal Brexit the Irish border will become an external EU frontier but we will not see a hard border being erected again.
EU leaders however, have completely ruled out any new negotiations at this point.
