Builders working at a site in O’Devaney Gardens, Dublin, found a weapon cache earlier today. The weapons included a machine gun, a Glock handgun, two revolvers, and a quantity of ammunition.
It is understood that the workmen were carrying out renovation work when they made the discovery.
Gardai are now investigating the origin of the weapons.
