Bumbling Government forced to reverse its decision to move 135 fully integrated Ukrainian refugees to Co. Mayo




The bumbling Government has been forced to reverse its decision to move 135 fully integrated Ukrainian refugees to Co. Mayo.

The women and children had been living in Killarney, Co. Kerry, for a number of months. Many of the women had jobs, were contributing to the community, and the children were enrolled in local schools.

The Government then decided it would be a good idea to uproot them again and send them off to Mayo, for no particularly good reason.

This decision has now been reversed;
