Gardaí in Co Kildare have confirmed that a bus driver was arrested after he was found to be nine times of the legal limit.
According to the Garda Traffic Twitter page, the man aged in his 60s was arrested after he was stopped by the Naas Roads Policing Unit in Kildare at approximately 7pm on Tuesday evening.

Gardaí say there were no passengers on the bus at the time of the arrest, but they have confirmed that he has since been charged charged for the offence.
They added that the man is expected to appear before Naas District Court on October 17th.
