Calls for Ross to clarify car insurance policies driving in the North and South after Brexit

There have been major calls for the Minister for Transport, Shane Ross, to clarify the requirements, if any whatsoever, for motor insurance policyholders who’ll be driving in the North and South of Ireland after Brexit.

Calls have been made for Ross to clarify exactly what will happen and whether drivers will need a so-called “green card” to be able to drive from one jurisdiction to another.

Many people are claiming that this is yet just another scare tactic and that drivers will be freely able to drive as normal like they do now.

Others feel that Ross essentially needs to come out of the woodwork and make it clear what will happen legally after Brexit.
