The latest figures on new and used car sales are extremely disappointing. The industry says people may want to get themselves a new car but that supply of what they actually want just isn’t there.
It’s understood that new car sales in July, one of the busiest months of the year for car sales is down a whopping 17%, while used car imports are down some 11%.
Some people are opting for electric vehicles, but thankfully the vast majority of people are giving Eamon Ryan and his friends in the green party the cold shoulder as regards going green with the cars.
