The Central Bank has issued a €100.5m fine to Bank of Ireland over tracker mortgage scandal.
According to a statement, 15,910 tracker accounts were impacted by the bank’s mishandling of the issue between August 2004 and June 2022.
This is the largest fine ever issued by the Central Bank.
