The CEOs of AIB and Ulster Bank have issued apologies for their respective roles in the Tracker mortgage scandals.
The statements accepted that mistakes had been made, and that the priority now is to rectify the situation promptly.
Banks involved in the scandal are in line for payouts of tens of millions for those customers affected.
