It will be a chilly weekend ahead for most parts of the country as temperatures are expected to below average.
According to Met Eireann, Saturday will be a mainly dry day although showers are expected in the Northwest by the evening.
It is expected that temperatures will range between 10 and 14C.
Meanwhile Sunday will have a bright start to the day although it is expected that it will become cloudy later in the day with heavy rain overnight.
