Coca-Cola truck tour canceled in Ireland for a second year running due to coronavirus concerns, despite a supposedly ‘successful’ vaccination campaign

The Irish leg of the Coca-Cola truck tour has been canceled for a second year running due to coronavirus concerns, despite a supposedly ‘successful’ vaccination campaign here.

The company posted a tweet saying: ‘This year, and with safety being front of mind for Coca Cola, we have decided to reduce the number of stops on the Truck Tour to accommodate safeguarding and distancing measures, and it is for this reason that the Truck Tour won’t be stopping in Ireland.’

Such safety concerns do not seem to apply to the UK however, as the Coca-Cola truck has been traveling around there seemingly without problems. Many now believe that the vaccination program in Ireland has failed spectacularly but the Government has so far refused to accept the reality of the situation.
