Conor McGregor’s long term girlfriend paid a lovely tribute to the Notorious one on Twitter over the past couple of days.
Dee Devlin, originally from Wilkinstown but now enjoying the sunny West Coast of America posted on Twitter a pic of the couple of what appears to Venice Beach with a caption “another beautiful day in this beautiful life”.
She then posted another of Mcgregor simply stating: “Luckiest girl on the planet.
Dee has been beside Conor for all his so far 6 epic UFC bouts, and if he is to defeat the South American Jose Aldo tomorrow, the couple will shoot into super stardom… and rightly so.
They’ve both worked extremely hard in their respective roles in their partnership. This reporter met both on various occasions and can state categorically that Conor is a true gentleman in reality and his girlfriend is a very nice person.
Conor recently said of Dee: “My girlfriend worked very hard throughout the years and stuck by me when I had essentially absolutely nothing. I only had a dream that I was telling her. For me to be able to take her out of work, give her everything she’s ever wanted and to travel the world with her fills me with pride.”
“It keeps me going.”
