Construction works have commenced for Google’s brand new two-storey centre in Profile Park, West Dublin.
400 jobs are expected to be created during the construction phase, which is estimated to cost Google about €150m.
The new facility will be built alongside its existing data centre, and according to Google, it will be among the “most energy efficient in the world.”
The first phase of the construction process is expected to be finished near the end of this year.
