Crafty construction workers in the capital are striking back and using heavy cutting equipment to destroy wheel clamps.
Dublin City Council refers to these incidents as ‘Code Blacks.’
Clamping has always been a much hated and controversial activity so the Council is now getting a taste of their own medicine by having their equipment rendered useless, so they might think twice about clamping vehicles the next time.
