Controversial catering firm Aramark has been hand-picked to feed Ukrainian immigrants, with no tender or procurement process done.
The company has long been associated with poor quality products offered to inmates and people living in Direct Provision.
According to the Government, there was some urgency to select a caterer due to the continuous influx of immigrants, so there was no time for due process.
